What is 14 Mukhi Rudraksha (Chaudah Mukhi)?
• A representation of Lord Hanuman, the 14 Mukhi Rudraksha is known as Deva Mani. This Rudraksha is the most precious of all jewels & has great strength. It is believed to have originated directly from the third eye of the Lord Shiva. It is worn by all the Deities.
• This Chaudah Mukhi Rudraksha bead is known as “Deva Mani,” or “Bead of the Gods.” It is located between two eyebrows of Lord Shiva, the third eye and referred as Ajna Chakra.
Rules to follow & maintain your 14 Mukhi Rudraksha
• Rudraksha should ideally be cleaned with water and oiled once a month with almond oil using a gentle brush. The following day, recite “Om Namah Shivaye” before donning the mala.
• Every Chaturdashi, apply a small amount of sandalwood oil and mustard oil mixture.
• Avoid wearing it during intercourse and when visiting a new born as well as cemeteries. Take off your Rudraksha Mala while eating non-vegetarian and consuming alcohol
• After being worn, Rudraksha beads or a mala should not be shared, swapped, moved to one person to another. Don’t display your Rudraksha mala or beads in the public. It needs to be kept a secret and hidden in order to extract the most.
