Should you find yourself dissatisfied with any product for any reason, you’re welcome to contact us within 7 days from the date you received the item to begin the process for a full refund. Please report your concerns to getmyrudraksh@gmail.com or call us @6363404057 to start the return process.
If the quality or authenticity of your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, or if it was damaged during transit, we’re prepared to offer a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are satisfied:

After we have confirmed your request for a return and refund, please proceed to send back the item as per the guidelines provided by our customer support team.
A refund will be processed once we have received the returned item in full.

Delivery policy:
Items ordered from rudratree.com are dispatched within 7days after the order is placed. We energize your Rudraksha & Gemstone in 1200 year old Ancient Temples. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed in your shopping cart before you complete the transaction via the third-party payment gateway. Expect the delivery to arrive within 7 to 10 business days.
