I found them via Instagram. I am interested in buying a 5ct, natural Pukraj for astrological purpose. First I reached out via Instagram message. Received a message that I should call them. This annoying tactic is so pathetic I was immediately put off. I had mentioned in my IG message my requirement. Now, if anything who should be calling who? Does a buyer chase a seller or is it the seller who should reach out to the buyer.  In any case after a couple of days I reached out but no one answered the number they had given. Then on SUNDAY I decided to call them again. Finally I spoke to a women by the name of Madhuri. I don't know if she part of the owners family but she again tells me to send my requirements via WhatsApp. What is wrong with you people? I told her I had sent a semi detailed IG message. In any case I told her I would resend via WhatsApp. In my IG message I had mentioned I wanted a 4 to 5ct Pukraj. After speaking to Madhuri, I sent the WhatsApp clarifiying I want 5ct but not 6ct, non treated, heated or diffused stone. I wanted pure natural stone. I even gave her my budget per CT. Later she sent me via WhatsApp some stone to consider. Quality was so rubbish. Now I was very specific in my requirements. I was very annoyed by the fact that this arrogant women didn't bother to read or understand my requirement. So I called her and I told her that my WhatsApp message says I want 5ct stone. Then she says oh but your original IG message says between 4 to 5ct.. All of the sudden this crazy lady is now going back to my original IG message after clearly telling me to send her my requirements again via WhatsApp. Are you dumb or what? Then I explained that non of the stones were impressive and they were of poor quality. All of the sudden she developed more attitude. Hello crazy women! My WhatsApp message clearly spelled out the details of my requirements. If your can't read, I suggest you get a proper education. She got so annoying that she tried speaking over me. Then said how I should allow her to speak. Lady, you send me rubbish, then you don't allow me to speak. This after I go the extra mile to buy from your pathetic business! No thanks! I don't care how many fake reviews are posted on how your business and service are 5 stars but from my own personal experience your business doesn't even deserve 1 star. After our interaction and what quality of stones you sent me I think you people are scammers!
