What is 11 Mukhi Rudraksha?

Eleven Mukhi Rudraksha is a powerful bead. It is considered to be ruled by 11 Rudra or Ekadash Rudra.
Eleven Mukhi Rudraksha is a symbolic to the Lord Hanuman (the God of Victory).
It is considered to possess immense power.

11-Mukhi Rudraksha according to scriptures

Lord Hanuman blesses the 11-face Rudraksha. Ekadash Rudra is another name for it.
Hanuman possesses virtue, strength, and infallibility in his cerebral, physical, and oratory abilities.
The Ansh Avatar of Lord Shiva, Lord Hanuman, is completely dedicated to Lord Rama. He assisted Lord Rama in locating Mata Sita, who had been taken hostage by Ravana. To harass the Asuras, he devasted Lanka with his tail. He assisted Rama in his dreadful battle with Ravana.
Even to revive Lakshmana who had been wounded by Indrajeet’s lethal weapons, he obtained the Sanjeevini plant.
Hanuman’s power and unwavering devotion to Lord Rama shined through the whole Ramayana. His love and dedication to Rama gave him strength, to fight against the evil force.

Origin: Nepal. As per Rudraksha Upanishad, Nepali Rudraksha are considered more significant and beneficial than Indonesian beads. They are bigger in size & heavier in weight similar to the size & of an Amla.

How to identify your original 11-Mukhi Rudraksha?

Examine the Rudraksha bead while holding it in your hand. Check if the lines on the 11 Mukhi Rudraksha’s body flow smoothly from mouth to tail, or from one end to the other without breaking.
Verify the bead’s tempered status and look for holes. By soaking the Rudraksha bead in warm water for a while and then taking it out, you may determine whether it is authentic.
Verify that the water is pure and free of bacteria. Check to see if there are any joined surfaces and whether the bead is still firm. Look attentively to see whether the bead has any minor damage or holes.

Rules to follow and maintain your 11-Mukhi Rudraksha:

•The best time to wear the 11-Mukhi Rudraksha is the morning time. One should take the bath then should wear the Rudraksha or mala.
•Whenever you wear the Rudraksha, always chant the mantra while donning it. Worship it and offer incense stick and ghee Diya(lamp) to it. One should not wear the Rudraksha before the bath and even should not touch it with dirty hands.
•There are no specific literatures on food habits for wearing a Rudraksha , Even though it’s not required, a vegetarian diet and a satvic way of life to be followed. Healthy food is recommended for the best effects.
•One important thing that Rudraksha should never be carried to the cremation and funeral ground. Even during the birth of new born or where new baby is born the rudraksha should be avoided.
•Always keep your Rudraksha clean. Dust and dirt can settle within the pores of the bead. Clean these as frequently as you can. If the thread becomes dirty or damaged, change it. After cleaning, wash your Rudraksha with Ganga Jal or milk. This helps maintain its sanctity.
•Always keep the Rudraksha oiled. After regular cleaning, oil the bead and offer them the incense sticks. This is of utmost importance. Especially when not using the bead for some time, or storing it for a long time.
