Thiruvannamalai Deepam, also renowned as Karthikai Deepam, is a luminous festival celebrated with deep spiritual fervor. For over a century, this event has been a cornerstone of devotion in Thiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, especially notable for the distribution of Rudraksha during the Girivalam (circumambulation of the Annamalai Hill). This tradition has been a vital aspect of the festival, signifying the deep-rooted spiritual culture in the region.
